I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic, with a tram stop right in front making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with three separate beds, perfect for a group of friends traveling together. Plus, the breakfast, although not incredible, was included in the price of the room.
Everything was fine, no major issues.

Hotel staff was so kind and efficient, rooms were clean, and breakfast delicious.

The reception staff was kind and helpful.
The facilities were rather industrial and not impressive in any way. The location in the evening gave the impression of an unsafe neighborhood with questionable people loitering in the parking lot and side walk. The breakfast waiter service was poor. Plates and bowls needed to be resupplied. The coffee was extremely poor quality.

The hotel provides a decent breakfast that was really enjoyable. the location was perfect, near the city center with easy access to public transportation. the staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was quite noisy and had poor soundproofing, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom was not well maintained and could use some updating.

We liked their wine bar because it was very quiet. The bad had a very good head board to hang on to. The shower cabin was also a very stylish one. Zagreb is a very good location to spend a city business-pleasure break but you should know that the cream of the crop of the business trips is still in Bucharest !!!
the indications related to "city center" were amazing ;))

All staffs are very nice especially the girls in the reception they helped to me a lot with the questions about zagreb. The price is fair and with a tram you can be in the city center in 10 minutes
Not very important but satallite in my room was not working i asked for fixing but they did not :(

The breakfast was decent and the coffee was excellent. The location was close to public transportation and easy to get to from the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was old, dated, and had a strange smell. The bathroom had broken fixtures and was not very clean.

The staff were kind and helpful. The pub has real character, but did not seem amenable for children (we had four in our group).
The area around the hotel is a bit seedy. The annex is through a business area parking lot (auto service). It was not bad, but the annex has no character. Because of a special guest, we had to park on the street, which was less than ideal. I assume this was an unusual situation and does not happen often. The coffee was terrible.

Good location if you prefer sleeping somewhat off the city centre. Hotel easily approachable from the motorway (follow Zagreb jug) with excellent public transport which is kind of free. They have a good bar sometimes with live music. Our room was clean. Do ask staff to let you park in the courtyard for which we didn't pay an extra.
We booked what was supposed to be an apartment for 6. The doulble bedrooms were ok but the living room sofa could only accommodate 2 children or 1 short adult. Sunday morning breakfast only started at 8:00 and wasn't a buffet (apart from some cereals) as it had been advertised but one plate of cold stuff to be shared between two. There was no butter and they didn't have proper coffee only espressos that were chucked on the buffet table kind of in advance (so the coffee was cold and little). Breakfast was miserable altogether. I wouldn't go to this hotel again on the same conditions.

There was a need for a few more amenities, such as a gym or pool.

The apartment was clean and can easily accommodate up to 8 people. It is centrally located in Zagreb. The tram stops in front of the hotel and isn't too far from downtown for shopping and sightseeing.
